If you are attending the ITSMF UK annual awards ceremony this year you will come across a few changes. A recent announcement from ITSMF UK has stated that the awards have now moved to coincide with the SITS – The Service Desk & IT Support Show.
Throughout the day ITSMF professionals will benefit from the collaboration, with the chance to socialise and meet likeminded experts in the service management industry. An evening of awards and recognitions will follow, giving a further chance for ITSMF professionals to network.
A gala dinner will be held at the Landmark Hotel in London, coinciding with the leading SITS exhibition on the 7th June. Now that these two events are being brought together, service management professionals can come together and celebrate the achievements in the industry. This year’s award categories include:

- Business Relationship Manager of the Year
- Paul Rappaport Award for Outstanding Contribution to ITSM.
