Global Knowledge and The Open University will launch a new Post-Graduate Certificate in IT Service Management at the SDITS at Earls Court, London on 24-25th April 2012.
The Service Desk & IT Support Show (SDITS) is the only place to see all the latest technology and business services all under one roof. We are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting this year in conjunction with The Open University on stand 940.

During this seminar session, Barry and Kevin will discuss how to select your certification route & justify the ROI by linking it to your organisational goal.
